Best fit on Magic Hour
Fast all-around image generation and editing when instruction following and subject consistency matter across everyday creative work.
Consider another model when
Use Nano Banana Pro for the highest-stakes final pass, or Lite when high-volume cost matters more than precision.
Three useful first-run tests
Use the prompts below to test the failure modes that matter before committing to a larger batch.
Character consistency
“Place this person in a bright office holding a tablet. Keep facial features, hairstyle, age, and clothing consistent.”
Check identity, hands, reflected screens, and whether the source character remains recognizable.
Product typography
“Create a clean product ad with the exact headline "LESS WASTE. MORE TASTE." and no other text.”
Check punctuation, spelling, unwanted copy, product geometry, and usable negative space.
These prompts are evaluation recipes, not controlled benchmark results. Run the same prompt and settings across models before drawing a conclusion.
