Can I request a refund?
We offer a one-time refund if the purchase was made within the past 7 days and you have used fewer than 500 credits from the plan you purchased. Credits used from free trials or previous purchases do not count toward this limit. Refunds are not available once 500 or more credits from the current purchase have been used.

How do I request a refund?
Email support@magichour.ai with the email address linked to your Magic Hour account. We will review your usage and confirm eligibility.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within a few days. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
