Refund Policy

We offer a one-time refund if the purchase was made within the past 7 days and you have used fewer than 500 credits from the plan you purchased. Credits used from free trials or previous purchases do not count toward this limit. Refunds are not available if you violate or attempt to violate our Terms of Service. Requests blocked under our Terms of Service automatically receive a credit refund.

Email support@magichour.ai with the email address linked to your Magic Hour account. We will review your usage and confirm eligibility.

Refunds are usually processed within a few days. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
