Can I request a refund?
We offer one refund per user if the purchase was made within the past 7 days and you have used fewer than 500 credits from the plan you purchased. This is a one-time exception and does not reset after future purchases, new subscriptions, account changes, or plan upgrades. Credits used from free trials or previous purchases do not count toward this limit. Refunds are not available if you violate or attempt to violate our Terms of Service. Requests blocked under our Terms of Service automatically receive a credit refund.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@magichour.ai with the email address linked to your Magic Hour account. We will review your usage and confirm eligibility.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within a few days. Depending on your payment method, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
