Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund if the purchase was made within the past 7 days. If you only created one video using frames from your purchase, a complete refund will be issued; otherwise, a partial refund will be calculated based on the percentage of frames used from the purchase.

To request a refund, contact support@magichour.ai and provide the email used in your Magic Hour account.

Once a refund is processed, it may take 5-10 days, but in most cases it takes significantly less time.
