Refund Policy

Subscriptions and renewals are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and fewer than 400 credits have been used since that payment.

Credit pack purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and none of the credits from that pack have been used.

Refunds are limited to one approved refund per customer. This limit does not apply to duplicate charges or refunds required by law. Abusive requests and accounts that violate our Terms of Service are not eligible.
