Trust, Privacy & Data Use

Magic Hour does not sell your prompts, uploads, or outputs, and does not use them to train AI models. You retain ownership of your inputs and, subject to applicable law and our terms, own the outputs you create. This page summarizes our current commitments in plain language.

What happens to my content?

Our systems and the service providers needed to complete your request process prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs to provide the feature you selected. We treat nonpublic customer content as confidential and do not use it for advertising or marketing without your permission.

Does a person review my content?

Magic Hour personnel do not routinely review customer content. Authorized personnel may access it only when needed to investigate a problem you report, protect the Service, enforce our terms and policies, or comply with applicable law.

How do face and voice tools handle my media?

Images, video, and audio submitted to face, voice, lip-sync, or related tools are processed as customer content to perform the task you requested. We do not use that media to identify or authenticate people, and we do not use it to train AI models.

What data is used to improve Magic Hour?

We may use aggregated or de-identified product-usage data to analyze, debug, secure, and improve the Service. That improvement data excludes your prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs. We use analytics and advertising-measurement providers for site and conversion activity, but do not send them your prompts, uploads, or outputs.

How long is data retained?

Retention depends on the feature, whether you ask us to keep content in your library, and the providers needed to complete a request. You can delete projects and request account deletion. Account deletion includes a 14-day restoration period before scheduled permanent deletion from active systems. Limited billing, legal, fraud-prevention, or security records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.

What should teams and API buyers know?

Teams can create in the browser or integrate supported workflows through the Magic Hour API. API usage does not have separate rate or concurrency limits; capacity in the web app depends on the plan. Credits roll over and do not expire. Review current plan details on the pricing page, and contact support@magichour.ai for security questionnaires, procurement requirements, or current enterprise controls.

Where can I find the full terms?

This page is a summary. Our complete commitments and legal terms are in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. For product-data questions or a privacy request, contact support@magichour.ai.
