Pixlr’s pricing FAQ says monthly subscription credits reset at renewal, while annual-plan credits are valid for the year. It also says separately purchased credit packs do not expire. However, Pixlr’s Terms updated May 13, 2026 say purchased credits expire one year after purchase. Because those official statements conflict, verify the rule shown in checkout and your account before relying on long-term storage.

Privacy, facial data and rights

Pixlr’s privacy policy says photos used with its AI face tools may contain facial geometry, that the pictures are provided solely to create the output, and that Pixlr does not store, collect or use facial features for other purposes. It also says facial geometry is not shared with third parties.

Pixlr’s Terms of Use require users to own or have permission for uploaded content. The Terms also grant Pixlr a broad license when a user uploads or publishes AI-generated content on its platform. Review the exact current language before using confidential or client material.

Face swapping does not create consent. Use only images you are authorized to edit, disclose synthetic media when context could mislead, and avoid impersonation, fraud, harassment, intimate imagery or deceptive endorsements.
