Morning Gym Light

Prompt

Photorealistic portrait of the subject from the waist up, standing in a premium fitness studio with floor-to-ceiling windows — a sweeping city skyline visible through the glass behind, morning sunlight flooding in from the east, weight racks and cable machines visible in soft background bokeh to one side. The subject wears a fitted athletic tank and training shorts, standing square to the camera with relaxed arms at the sides, looking directly into the lens. Strong directional morning sunlight pours through the windows from one side, creating a natural split between warm highlight and open shadow — the kind of light that makes athletic photography look effortless. Shot on Phase One IQ4 150MP with Zeiss Otus 85mm f/1.4, f/2.0 aperture, 1/500s shutter speed, ISO 100. Detailed athletic fabric texture — compression weave, seam stitching — city skyline sharp enough to read through the glass, gym equipment and floor surface visible in the background. Skin with natural subsurface warmth, visible pores, the authentic texture of real skin rather than retouched fitness advertising. Realistic catchlights from the window light. Avoid any environmental effect on the subject's face, avoid plastic or airbrushed skin, avoid fog or haze, avoid cluttered framing, avoid text and watermarks. 2:3 aspect ratio
