Electric comic speed rush

Prompt

@hedgehog wears a sleek racing-inspired outfit with lightweight gloves, sporty shoes, and aerodynamic accessories adapted to the original character design. @whitebear retains its iconic yellow fur, red cheeks, pointed ears, and lightning-bolt tail. They race through a futuristic city, sprint along walls, bounce off platforms, spin through the air, and unleash electric bursts. The entire frame flickers EXTREMELY FAST through electric blue, vivid yellow, magenta, and white comic-book graphics. Characters, outfits, streets, buildings, vehicles, signs, and sky alternate between illustrated forms, halftone patterns, thick ink outlines, and fragmented panels. Every dash generates speed rings and lightning-shaped cracks across the environment. Third-person tracking, low-angle racing shots, whip pans, dynamic camera rotations. No static background; preserve character identities and recognizable designs.
