Demon Morph

Prompt

Vertical 9:16, ultra-photorealistic cinematic fantasy transformation. Use @Lua the strict visual identity reference for the adult character. Preserve the recognizable face, hairstyle, skin tone and body proportions throughout the transformation.Begin with reference casually standing or sitting on a modern city street in daylight, facing the camera. Front-facing medium shot, subtle handheld realism.A supernatural power begins to activate. The eyes slowly glow intense ember-red, then two dark curved horns gradually form above the forehead. Glowing red-orange energy lines spread across the neck, chest and arms like magical runes beneath the clothing. Keep the face recognizable and stable. The outfit transforms into a dramatic black leather fantasy coat with sharp structured shoulders and subtle red glowing accents. Hair reacts naturally to the growing energy. The environment simultaneously shifts darker: smoke rolls through the street, sparks and embers rise, distant firelight appears, and the daylight becomes a moody red-black cinematic atmosphere.VIRAL MOMENT: a huge circular ring of fiery red energy forms around the character and spins rapidly, creating bright trails and heat distortion. The character rises into a confident stance while the ring expands behind and around them. Add subtle black wing-like shadow shapes or ravens passing through the background, but keep the character clearly visible.FINAL MOMENT: reference stands fully transformed with glowing eyes, black horns, dark coat and red energy lines, surrounded by drifting embers and a fading fiery ring. The character looks directly into the camera with a calm, powerful expression.Realistic firelight, smoke, sparks, heat haze, horn texture, clothing physics, stable anatomy, cinematic 4K realism. No gore, no injury, no exposed tissue, no face melting, no extra limbs, no duplicate character, no text, logos or watermark.
