Sea Dragon Ride

First-person POV locked to a Tidal Leviathan racing through a flooded ancient kingdom, rider's gloved hands gripping soaked leather reins throughout, the dragon's midnight-blue neck and turquoise ridged spine fixed dead centre ahead. The Leviathan surges forward inches above raging water, spray exploding around the rider, then banks violently left around a half-submerged temple tower before snapping hard right between two colossal ruined statues. It suddenly folds into a steep dive toward a flooded avenue as enormous waves surge between ancient buildings, skimming terrifyingly close to the water before a violent pull-up launches it over a collapsing stone aqueduct. The dragon climbs sharply through a curtain of cascading water, whips back level, then accelerates at full speed toward a gigantic palace rising from the storm-tossed sea as lightning flashes through the clouds ahead.
