Prompt

A cinematic live-action video featuring @james running a marathon through a busy city street. @james wears a professional running jersey, athletic shorts, running shoes, and a lightweight sports watch. He runs steadily through the crowded race, passing other runners and moving through intersections. The camera stays perfectly locked onto @james’s entire body, keeping him fully visible and centered in the frame at all times while the crowd, buildings, and street move rapidly around him. His full body remains sharp and stable as he turns corners, accelerates, and approaches the finish line. Natural daylight, realistic running movement, subtle motion blur in the background, smooth continuous tracking, shallow depth of field, energetic cinematic sports style.

Overview

The "Marathon Body Lock" template allows you to create a cinematic video where the camera focuses exclusively on a single runner's entire body as they participate in a marathon. The background, including the bustling city street and other runners, moves dynamically around the subject. This effect keeps the featured runner sharp and stable while everything else blurs gently to capture the energetic feel of the race.
