[Scene: Photo Real] [Close up - Police siren light flashes - Behind this light is blue and purple buildings with tiny white windows, they are slightly out of focus, and scrolling by slowly from right to left behind the flashing red light.] [ Upside-down. Night. Dim red light flashes slowly in the background - an alleyway with small red bricks - lighting the scene and casting a shadow on a wall behind our subject. ] [ Tall thin man (The Inspector), wearing brow leather gloves, black spiky hair shooting out to the side below his hat, wearing a light gray trilby / fedora style hat ( out of the hat are metal armatures with little prop hands wearing white gloves on the end of them: Hand holding steam-iron, hand holding small brush, hand holding a magnifying glass, hand holding bicycle handle which is connected by a metal pole to the base of a helicopter which is sprouting out of the hat. All these things shrink back into the hat - it closes and becomes a normal hat. The man has a long face and nose, small wide curled mustache, and is holding an arrest warrant on a large sheet of paper with an official " CHIEF " seal on the top; very serious expression on his face. The sheet of paper also has a little picture - identification of The Inspector. The scene slowly flips right-side-up. The Inspector is wearing a large grey trench-coat, lapels, with many pockets and six big white buttons, and a belt with a large silver buckle. He is standing tall and straight, and wearing blue dress pants and large grey dress shoes with white laces. His left arm is holding the sheet of paper right up to the camera (breaking the fourth wall), while the other is making a fist and holding it to his waist, like a model. To Inspector's right - small metal garbage bin, above a thin mailbox slot on a red-brick wall. The Inspector, without moving his feet, turns towards the mailbox with his body and face; reaches his left hand towards the mailbox slot on the red-brick wall, and with his left hand puts the sheet of paper in the mail slot. The garbage bin opens, Inspector hunches, looks around suspiciously, reach his hands out sneakily. Places left hand on the bin's open lid and right hand on the bin's base lid-lip. Sneaks over to the small metal bin, crouched, and climes inside. [Cut To - Darkness - Looking up - dutch angle - White moonlight coming from the outside above, red flashing light shines behind - Metal bin closes. No more lights above. Inspector climes down, only Inspector and a long ladder are visible in the darkness. [Cut To - 3/4 view] Tunnel, Inspector [frame right] is crawling on all fours, it is dark, light is only coming from a flashlight on Inspector's left middle finger. Inspector waves his hand around slowly straight in front of him, lighting the grey brick walls and dirt covering the tunnel walls going forward. Inspector now has a shocked look on his face. Inspector crawls on all fours going from right to left. [Cut To - Small tunnel - dirt - side - camera distant - follows Inspector as he quickly craws on all fours from right to left] [ Inspector has a determined look on his face. ][Tunnel goes down then up, then down again.] [Darkness - spot light on stairs going up towards the left] [ Inspector disappears into the darkness above the stairs. All of this happens within 15 seconds.
